    Amazing, thanks for sharing! I’ve done all the things you’ve done apart from the intensive class in France. Some days I feel like quitting, others I feel like I can achieve fluency 🤣🤪😭😅 I’ve seen italki teachers advertise themselves as delf/dalf prep teachers so maybe that’s something that will help you!     Thank you for the inspirational video. I have been in this same kind of learning funk for a while now. I use a lot of the same learning tools. And I agree, Lawless Frence is awesome! I am trying to find my inspiration to keep going in my French learning journey. Good for you going to Paris for that class! Maybe I should do that as well.       The learning funks are definitely tricky to try to get out of!! I found the in-person experience truly the best catalyst for change!! I’ve also heard of some amazing programs in the States as well.

    Congratulations & great video. Paris was also my first marathon, but way back in 2015 at the age of 45 (& a terrible time). Did you notice the thin blue line which marks the shortest route? I then went on to run the Rome Marathon in 2017 which is also amazing. Good luck with your running journey.

      Thank you so much for the kind words!! Before taking classes in Paris, my previous French experience was taking classes in high school about a decade prior. Ten years later with minimal practice, I somehow retained a strong A2/weak B1 level. After two months, I would say I’m a moderate B2 level!

      I'm sorry my reply is so late, but no it was quite easy to get used to driving on the "opposite" side of the road! Truly, it took about 10 minutes to feel adjusted.
